I found these GOLD Keep Calm and Carry On napkins at a local bookshop and HAD to get them. If you do not know, a 50th anniversary is the golden anniversary, so that was something I wanted to incorporate into my theme. Add in a cuppa tea and biscuits and you are on your way to a thoroughly British get together! And of course you cannot have a celebration without cake!!
Another adorable thing that I picked up at the same bookstore, was this lovely map of London for only $3.99! I was not able to find a frame for it so I just popped it up on the wall. The Union Jack flags I had from our SherlockeDCC party.
I was so happy to be able to use my hand made bow tie table cloth again! It was an easy make, by just cutting sponges into bow shapes and stamping on the fabric. For our appetizers we had to go with the classic fish fingers and custard! I found this awesome Union Jack Duck Tape at Michael's and had to add it to my plates!
How are you all celebrating Doctor Who this November 23rd? Share with us in the comments below!! Happy WHO-ing!!
