After many days, months and years of waiting, Sherlock series 3 will FINALLY air here in the United States THIS Sunday January 19th on PBS 9:58 p.m. ET. But you already knew that Sherlockians! To celebrate I put together a little tea party, check it out and share YOUR touches in the comments below!
*
Tea. You cannot have a tea party with out it. I set up a mini tea buffet. I have so many yummy new teas. It will also help you stay awake for that very late start time!
*Violin music playing in background. To set the mood and make it almost feel like Sherlock is actually there serenading you and your guests!
*Skull, deerstalker and 221B sign, because it wouldn't be a Sherlock party without these iconic items.
*Biscuits, cream and sugar. Everyone takes their tea differently. Be prepared!
*Union Jack pride. Should be easy for us Anglophiles.
*Don't forget to blog about it! Just think WWJD {What Would John Do!}.
For even more fun, set up a photo booth and invite your guests to do some Everyday Cosplay of their favorite character {
Sherlock,
Watson,
221B}!

What a great idea! I can't believe I forgot about doing something special for the premiere (thanks for the reminder, btw). Thankfully, I've got loads of tea on hand and an office filled with British-y decorations. I might just be able to whip something up in time.
