My very first SDCC panel has come and gone! I cannot believe that I was on a panel at San Diego Comic Con. Honestly it was a very surreal experience. I was surprisingly calm about the entire experience. I had a great night's sleep before, an easy morning getting ready and down to the convention center. I was not worried at all.

Seven years ago I never imagined that I would be up on a stage at my favorite place on earth. Seven years ago I never thought that I would be able to speak in front of a crowd of 200+ people. This blog and the amazing people who support it, have given me the confidence to do that. With out all of YOU reading this right now, I would have never gotten up on that stage.
I think that I spoke from the heart during the panel. I don't feel like I was totally myself, so maybe deep down I was a bit nervous, but my fellow panelist

An Englishman in San Diego and
Friends of CCI + all of my friends in the audience helped me loosen up and be true self for a few brief moments. It was so great to see so many faces of friends I've made because of blogging! I wish we could all see each other more than once a year!
What was even more amazing was that I had a few friends text me WHILE I was on the panel! One was
Travis the Grimm! His words of encouragement while I was on the panel and seeing him in the audience was so sweet and made me feel so special! Thanks lil blogging brother!
This has been a crazy con, and as I finish this post on Saturday, I'm finally getting to enjoy the con! I am so happy to be here and need to get writing! Follow along on
